We are very excited to be refreshing our phonics through ‘Supersonic Phonic Friends’ – a DfE validated systematic, synthetic phonics programme.
The programme will inject new life into phonics in an active and engaging way, whilst offering consistency and continuity across the school. The phonics characters will support the children with their progress and meet the needs of all individuals. It is riddled with rhyme and the children will soon be keen to “read with speed” and “write with all their might”!
Supersonic Phonic Friends will support in promoting a love of reading and compliments our existing reading scheme.
